Parts of JVC are still under active construction, which means dust and windblown sand reach finished villas from neighbouring building sites, on top of the usual insect pressure from irrigated gardens and the community’s shared parks. Homeowners near an active construction cluster often ask for the same finer mesh we’d otherwise recommend purely for dust control, so it ends up serving double duty against both dust and insects.

Corner villas backing directly onto one of JVC’s shared parks tend to need the most attention, since irrigation on the park side runs on a schedule the homeowner doesn’t control, unlike a private garden where watering can be timed around the net fitting.
